Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working trip in Naberezhnye Chelny

On December 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited IT-park under construction and JSC KAMAZ in the context of working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny. Head of Republic was accompanied by Mayor of the town Vasil Shaikhraziev, Vice-premier of RT Government- Minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov and other officials.
We remind in 2011 the decision was made to construct the second site of Kazan IT-park in Naberezhnye Chelny within the confines of the federal program “Creation of high technology parks in Russian Federation”.
In Naberezhnye Chelny technopark is located on the base of former computing centre of JSC KAMAZ.
At JSC KAMAZ Rustam Minnikhanov learnt about SAP program implemented in production system. An agreement between SAP and KAMAZ was signed later on with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director-general of JSC KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin, President of SAP ЕМЕА Frank Koen, Minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov, representatives of Kazan state technical university, Kazan federal university and Kama State Engineering Academy of Economic Studies.
The document regulated long-term mutually beneficial relations between the two companies that will let Kama auto giant to use SAP solutions efficiently in order to create corporate management system.
We remind in 2007 KAMAZ group decided to modernize production management process. First of all it concerned information management systems.
Thus, an order of KAMAZ Director-general about the beginning of works over the project “Implementation of information system of calendar production management for group of organizations JSC KAMAZ” was issued in 2008.
A software product «SAP for Automotive» was chosen as the key system. New system enabled getting more objective estimation of costs for produced specifications of automobiles.
It is expected that a logistics system which unites plants of the main processing chain will appear at JSC KAMAZ by the end of 2011.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
