Ildar Khalikov: in the context of economic rise we need competent highly skilled specialists

Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov held a session of RT Cabinet presidium on issue of raising efficiency of “Algarysh” program on December 15. The event took part in RT Government House with participation of members of RT Cabinet presidium, responsible employees of RT Cabinet Office,
The Republican program “Algarysh” has been realized in Tatarstan since 2006. RT Government awards grants for training, retraining, and internship of citizens in Russian and foreign educational and scientific organizations. Ildar Khalikov reminded rendering support to the youth is one of the main dimensions of state policy. Within six years of the program realization grants have been awarded to 2 thousand people, - students, postgraduates, higher-education teaching personnel, young scientists.
“In the context of economic rise we need competent highly skilled specialists”, Ildar Khalikov said.
Chief of Department for anti-corruption policy at RT President Mars Badrutdinov presented monitoring results of “Algarysh” program realization. He also put forward some suggestions on enhancement of program administration. By his words the program is a strong incentive for the youth in terms of improving quality of education and qualification.
Head of the Ministry of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov reported on measures taken by the institution on perfecting work on awarding grants. He also answered questions of Ildar Khalikov regarding criteria of selection of grantees and formation of list of the most in-demand majors.
First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov made some comments and suggestions addressed to the Ministry of education and science.
Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin told about priority areas of staff training for Tatarstan economy. In particular, he suggested involving large industrial enterprises, potential employers of grantees, for participation in “Algarysh” program. Thus employers will be able to form their own personnel reserve (upon private co-financing of training and internship).
Summing up, Ildar Khalikov said results of the program realization are important for republican economy.
On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
