Over one third of information issued by Russian Register issued electronically
27 December 2011, Tuesday
Out of the two million information certificates since the top of the year issued by the Russian State Register’s Tatarstan branch over one third has been issued electronically, authority’s deputy head Albert Khairutdinov said at the House of Government.
The register’s services are available electronically on the authority’s site, Rosreestr portal and Tatarstan’s state and municipal services portal. The services on these sites do not replicate but complement each other, A. Khairutdinov commented.
“You can use the cameras online installed at all the territorial branches and asses the situation with visitors. The Electronic Pre-reception service has become popular, allowing applicants to prepare a package of documents without leaving home, which considerably speeds up the registration. The service is convenient for applicants with a large number of similar-type papers, since the submittal time is reduced manifold. Business and municipal authorities representatives have already evaluated the advantages,” A. Khairutdinov said.
“Going to the Rosreestr site, a user receives a legally binding electronic document, an equivalent of a paper one, in which they save money and time. The only problem we have faced so far is that not all organisations are prepared to receive them electronically but we are working hard on this and in Kazan the problem has practically resolved,” A. Khairutdinov said.
The electronic services are available to individuals, legal entities, notaries, authorised government and local governance officials, and others.
