President of Tatarstan has acquainted with snow clearing facilities of Kazan

The exhibition of snow clearing facilities and technologies of cleaning streets used in Kazan was today visited by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The new machines, reagents and other exhibits were seen jointly with head of the republic by general director JSC «KAMAZ» Sergei Kogogin, mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
New snow-removal equipment for Tatartsan capital was supplied by the enterprise ООО «Boschung KAMA», based on KAMAZ premises.
Realization of the contract for production and supply of new snow –clearing facilities Boschung on basis of chassis KAMAZ-6522 and КАМАZ-53605 have started in the beginning of December, current year.
The «КАМАZ» specialists made a big work on adaptation of Switzerland communal add-ons under chassis of «КАМАZ» in conformity with individual requirements of customer and climatic conditions of Russia.
In total, 51 snow removal machines on KAMAZ chassis and Boschung winter add-ons to be delivered to the RT capital by the year end, 7 removal machines «Snowbuster » and two compact automobiles «Pony» with winter and summer add-ons. This engineering has been presented today to head of the republic.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the quality of snow clearing facilities and marked that the use of KAMAZ chassis enables to considerably cut operational expenses in contrast to foreign machines.
In his turn JSC «КАМАZ» general director Sergei Kogogin informed that videlicet, a major order for machinery from the part of Kazan municipality provided getting «Boschung KAMA» company to break-even level of activity.
By words of S. Kogogin training of the specialists who will work with new machinery was held.
The exhibition presented also anti-ice reagents, snow-melting machines.
In interview to the journalists Rustam Minnikhanov marked a big contribution of new engineering in a fight with consequences of snowstorms in Kazan, this winter. «This program costs almost one and half bln.rub. – a billion was allocated by the republic, 500 mln. invested by the city», - R. Minnikhanov underlined, having stated that renewal of snow-clearing machinery park must be continued.
«Naberezhny Chelny has already started implementing the analogous program and I think this will be an example for all Russian cities. We hope that such engineering will work in Tatarstan and other regions of Russia», - President of the republic said.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
