Rustam Minnikhanov visits Puppet theatre, Republican and Children's Republican clinical hospitals

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has verified realization of major construction and reconstruction projects in Kazan. Head of Republic visited Puppet theatre under construction, Republican and Children's Republican clinical hospitals under reconstruction.

Upon visiting the Puppet theatre Rustam Minnikhanov looked over inner premises, halls and rooms for creative classes and café premises. Rustam Minnikhanov urged to put finished premises into operation, and place creative teams and children's crafts classes.

In the Republican clinical hospital Rustam Minnikhanov inspected realization of major repair and reconstruction of the largest medical institution of Republic in the context of program on health care modernization. Tatarstan President looked over new admission - diagnostics department, repaired premises of the main block, perinatal centre and polyclinic.

Tatarstan President addressed criticism to leadership of the medical institution and Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov when he got to know that patients who come to the hospital from regions on time still have to wait for a long. Head of Republic required organizing work of polyclinic unit properly by reducing the share of paid services if necessary.

Major repair of Children's Republican clinical hospital is planned to be finished by the end of 2012. Rustam Minnikhanov gave assignment to speed up works in order to minimize inconvenience cased to small patients and render high-quality medical aid as soon as possible.
