Tatarstan and RF Ministry of agriculture sign Agreement on financing the state program related to Agro-industrial Complex for 2012

An agreement on financing activity within the confines of state program on supporting agro-industrial complex for 2012 has been signed today between the Republic of Tatarstan and RF Ministry of agriculture. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of RF Ministry of agriculture Elena Skrynnik put their signatures on the document in Moscow.
The agreement implies allocation of federal subsidies to Tatarstan Republic for supporting agricultural production. The amount of funding will be no less than it was last year.
“For the purpose of efficient preparation for holding sowing campaign within optimal agro-technical terms the ministry starts concluding agreements on financing activities with regions in the context of the state program in advance”, Elena Skrynnik noted.
The minister stressed timely receipt of funds by agricultural producers is a very important factor of high production rates. Rustam Minnikhanov assured Tatarstan leadership would fulfill commitments in terms of program realization in time.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
