VIII All-Russia competitions on fire-applied sports for the Cup of Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan opened in Kazan

VIII All-Russia competitions on fire-applied sports for the Cup of Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and winter championship on fire-applied sports of Volga regional center of the Russian emergency ministry have opened today on the sport arena of the Main department of MES of Russia on RT.
In the ceremony took part RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chief military expert of the Russian emergency ministry, Colonel general Pavel Plat, Head of Volga regional center of the Russian emergency ministry, Lieutenant-General Igor Panshin, Head of the Main department of MES of Russia on RT – Minister of civil defense and emergency situations of RT, Major General of the internal service Rafis Khabibullin, chiefs of main departments of the Russian emergency ministry on subjects within Volga federal district, chairmen of Commissions on emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of executive authorities of RF subjects within Volga federal district.
Head of Tatarstan Government Ildar Khalikov welcomed the guests and participants of the event on behalf of the republican President wishing participants good luck during the competitions. Pavel Plat noted that he is glad these competitions had become All-Russian one.
After solemn speeches the Minister of civil defense and emergency situations of RT Rafis Khabibullin granted memorable prizes to distinguished guests of the tournament.
Competitions on fire-applied sports for Cup of Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan have been held under the auspices of the RT Government since 2003. The event obtained the status of All-Russian in 2006 and it was included in a single schedule of sport events of the Russian Ministry of civil defense and emergency situations in 2007.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
