Production of Italian combines launched in Naberezhnye Chelny

Production of CNH combines at the Russian-Italian enterprise “CNH KAMAZ Industry” has been launched today in Naberezhnye Chelny.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of FIAT concern Sergio Markione, plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga federal district Mikhail Babich took part in the ceremony of launching testing production.
An agreement on cooperation was signed between JSC KAMAZ and Italian company Case New Holland, a member of FIAT Group, in 2009. In January, 2010 the companies signed agreement about creation of joint enterprise on production of agricultural and construction machinery.
Thus, production of tractors has started in Naberezhnye Chelny. The expected volume of output is up to 4 thousand units of machinery per year.
A testing production of combines has been launched today at the enterprise.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Director general of JSC KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin for initiating the project on creating a joint enterprise, Head of FIAT concern Sergio Markione and plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga federal district Mikhail Babich.
“Different kinds of machinery will be produced here for construction sphere, housing and utility sector. I hope these modern high-performance machines will be working not only in Tatarstan but throughout the whole country,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
