Rustam Minnikhanov holds meeting devoted to JSC TANECO project in Nizhnekamsk

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a working meeting in Nizhnekamsk at the Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants on March 18.
Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by Aide to RT President Rinat Sabirov, Director general of JSC Tatneft Shafagat Takhautdinov, Chief of Volga department of Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision Boris Petrov, Head of Nizhnekamsk municipal region Aidar Metshin, chiefs of contract construction, design and pre-commissioning organizations.
The delegation inspected construction and assembly works at a combined hydrocracker unit.
Heads of contract organizations OOO “Neftegasengineering”, JSC “Kamgesenergostroi”, OOO “Glavneftegasstroiservis”, JSC “Tatelectromontazh” involved in realization of the project told RT President about current situation.
Chief engineer of the oil-refining plant Mansur Kalimullin told about features of the production process in sulphur production unit.
Discussion on ecological issues continued in the operator's room and laboratory of disposal facilities of the Complex. Environmental protection technologies implemented in this production area were presented to the delegation.
Later on, Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on realization of the project “Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk”. Director general of JSC TANECO Khamza Bagmanov made a report “On course of production activity, completion of construction and complex testing of objects of start-up complex 1A1”.
Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that everyone who was involved in realization of the project “Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk” had fulfilled considerable amount of work. This experience should be taken into account to ensure timely implementation of construction-assembly and pre-commissioning works. RT President emphasized that advanced technologies used at JSC TANECO should be spread throughout the republic and outside.
On 9 June upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin.
In Kazan Sergey Lavrov will take part in a meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of State-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
