Ildar Khalikov: We must encourage conscientious regions and punish unconscientious ones

Municipal formations that do not fulfill requirements of federal and republican programs and do not draw allocated funds in full will now face reduction of funding in the context of these programs. Such a statement was made by Acting RT President – Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov during the weekly video conference in the RT Government House.
Ildar Khalikov was highly displeased with municipal formations which do not provide all necessary documents about realization of the program on major repair of multi-apartment houses and do not draw allocated funds in full.
Deputy minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Aleksei Frolov reported on realization of the program on major repair of multi-apartment houses.
He informed that the bid of the Republic of Tatarstan for granting financial support at the expense of the Housing and Utilities Reform Fund for 2012 and the annual report of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 were approved by the fund’s board and on March 27.
849 multi-apartment houses with total area of 5,4 mln m² are to be repaired in Tatarstan in 2012. The program’s funding makes 4,36 bln roubles.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
