Rustam Minnikhanov: Project of interacademic technology center should be useful for all participants

Creation of interacademic technology center in the Kazan technopark Idea should be based on principles of mutually beneficial cooperation of all parties involved.
Such a statement was made by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting on issues of prospects of the center establishment. The meeting was held in IPT Idea with participation of first Tatarstan Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, chiefs of several republican ministries, departments and universities.
Before the meeting RT President looked over techopark premises under reconstruction in the context of creating the nanocenter.
Plans on establishing interacademic technology center were discussed at the meeting. Director general of IPT Idea Sergei Yushko marked that though Tatarstan universities purchase high-tech equipment for federal funds they have to arrange premises for this equipment at their own expense. By the way, such premises have been created in Technopark Idea and universities can use it, Sergei Yushko said.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov supported the idea of creating such a nanocenter for collective use, however noting the need for detailed studying and discussion of the project with all parties involved.
Rustam Minnikhanov gave assignment to organize a working group comprised of representatives of higher educational institutions, technopark Idea and JSC Tatneftehiminvest-holding. He also suggested using the Algarysh program for training of specialists meant to use new equipment and organizing presentation of opportunities of the new center within the confines of the Kazan venture fair in order to attract highly skilled specialists in Tatarstan.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
