Tatarstan delegation tells about Brazilian experience in organization of public transport

At a briefing at the RT Government House journalists were told about organization of work of public transport in Brazil and what can be useful for Tatarstan.
The briefing was organized in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of RT and was available on-line.
To the point, Tatarstan delegation comprised of 10 people led by the Minister of transport and road facilities Lenar Safin was sent to Brazil and Columbia with a working visit (April 9-15) for the purpose of sharing the experience in the sphere of passenger transportations.
According to Vice Minister of transport and road facilities Nkolay Stukalov, issues connected with organization of urban passenger transport and work of automated traffic control system were studied during the working trip.
Attendees of the briefing noted that today Brazil is a world’s leader in organizing traffic system of urban passenger transport.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
