President of Tatarstan holds session of Tatneft Board

A regular session of JSC Tatneft Board chaired by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was held today at the RT Government House. Results of the company’s budget performance for three months 2012 were summarized and budget for May was approved at the session. Besides, outcomes of financial-economic activity of JSC Tatneft for 2011 were discussed at the session.
Thus, 25,9 mln tons of oil were produced last year (65 thousand tons more than in 2010). 266 thousand tons of oil were produced at licensed fields of subsidiaries outside Tatarstan in Russian Federation.
Implementation of the resource-saving program continued. Due to realized measures, specific energy consumption for oil production reduced by 0,7 % in comparison with 2010. Net proceeds (excluding VAT and export tax) increased by 23,5 % ad made 318,6 bln roubles. Net income for 2011 made 54,9 bln roubles.
Total sum of charged taxes and payments for all budget levels including export tax made 321 bln roubles.
65,8 bln roubles were allocated for implementation of the investment program by all production activities of Tatneft group of companies, including 26,7 bln roubles - for oil production, 36,2 bln roubles – for construction of Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk.
Information about annual general meeting and composition of JSC Tatneft Board was heard, payment of dividends for 2011 considered and agenda of general annual meeting of shareholders was approved at the session.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
