Ildar Khalikov holds session of OAO Tatspirtprom Board

Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov held a session of OAO Tatspirtprom Board. Head of RT Government reminded that in accordance with the order of RT Ministry of land and property dated 17.04.12 powers of members of OAO Tatspirtprom Board were early terminated and new membership was approved before the general meeting of shareholders.

Ildar Khalikov was elected chairman of the board.

The following candidates were proposed for new membership of OAO Tatspirtprom board: state officials – RT PM Ildar Khalikov, Chief of the Department for agro-industrial complex, land and consumer market of the RT Cabinet Staff Azat Ziganshin, Chief of RT State inspection on state control over production, turnover and quality of ethyl alcohol, alcohol produce and protection of consumer rights; officials of OAO “Holding company “Ak Bars” – Director general of “HC “Ak Bars” Ivan Egorov, Deputy Director general of “HC “Ak Bars” on economy and finance Svetlana Sotova, Deputy Director general of “HC “Ak Bars” Alexandr Tygin; it was also suggested to include Director general of OAO Tatspirtprom Giorgy Kupriyanov. New membership of OAO Tatspirtprom board was approved unanimously.
