Major repair of 98% of houses included in the program 2012 started in Tatarstan

Major repair of 832 multi-apartment houses (98%) from 849 included in the program 2012 has started in Tatarstan. For the last two weeks works have started in 86 houses. Such information was given by RT Minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Irek Faizullin at a republican meeting at the RT Cabinet.

The meeting was held by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of republic.

According to Head of the construction ministry, for April 27 works for the total sum of 1 bln 393,86 mln roubles have been implemented (32 % of the year limit).

The issue of transferring houses to apartment heating in 2012 was also discussed at the meeting.

Focusing on the program of major repair of schools, Irek Faizullin informed that total limit of funding for 2012 makes 2 bln 204 mln roubles. Rustam Minnikhanov urged to keep a tight rein on quality of implemented repair at schools and spending of funds.

Head of the ministry also reported on realization of the program “Clean water”. Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that this problem is very urgent and asked to prepare a bid for participation in appropriate federal program.

Moreover, Irek Faizullin told about the program on construction, current and major repair of health care institutions of primary medical aid in RT. Total funding of the one-year program makes 330 mln roubles.
