RT President visits Pestretsy, Rybnaya Sloboda and Tyulyachi regions

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the sowing campaign in three Tatarstan regions - Pestretsy, Rybnaya Sloboda and Tyulyachi, met with chiefs of husbandries and visited several social objects.

In the Pestretsy region RT President met with chiefs of husbandries on the field of agrofirm “Ak Bars- Pestretsy” near the village Lenino-Kokushkino. Rustam Minnikhanov informed about construction of an agro-industrial park in Kazan that will enable selling produce to city dwellers without any resellers. According to chiefs of husbandries, one of the main problems is lack of needed capacities for potato processing.

Rustam Minnikhanov also spoke to agronomists. By words of scientists, this winter problems of winter crops were connected with infections developing during the warm autumn. In order to avoid such problems in future winter crops must be treated with special chemicals.

In Pestretsy President of Tatarstan visited the secondary school № 2 and acquainted with construction of a two-floor attached building with a sports hall. Teachers thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for the program of professional development for English teachers EF School.

Moreover, Rustam Minnikhanov viewed a fish breeding plant under construction in Rybnaya Sloboda.

The meeting with Tyulyachi agrarians was held at a horse-breeding farm of S.Giniyatullin. Later on, Rustam Minnikhanov assessed the Tatarstan sowing campaign in the interview.
“The work is organized everywhere, farmers are in a positive mood. Recommendations of local authorities are taken into account, family farms are under construction.

Notwithstanding problems with winter crops, agrarians are provided with seeds and equipment they need. I believe we will not face serious problems,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Finally, Rustam Minnikhanov visited the village Verkhnie Kibya-Kozi in the Tyulyachi region. There he inspected the site of a new village club being constructed within the republican program.
