Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in opening of Spartakiada of employees of RF prosecution bodies

Solemn opening of Spartakiada of employees of RF prosecution bodies was held in Kazan today in the Palace of single combats “Ak Bars”.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, RF Deputy Prosecutor General Gennady Lopatin, RF Deputy Prosecutor General Sergey Zaitsev, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chief federal inspector on RT Rustam Idrisov, RT Prosecutor Kafil Amirov, Chief Judge of Spartakiada – senior prosecutor of Central Personnel Administration of the RF General Prosecutor’s Office Andrey Sokolov attended the event.
To the point, teams representing all federal districts, RF and RT General Prosecutor’s Office (10 teams) take part in Spartakiada.
Speaking to participants of the event, Rustam Minnikhanov said that Spartakiada of employees of the Russian prosecution bodies is held for the first time. He informed that the idea to organize such competitions in Kazan arose at a meeting with the Russian Prosecutor General Yury Chaika.
“I hope Kazan will become the place to host such competitions on a regular basis,” Rustam Minnikhanov said wishing good luck to sportsmen.
RF Deputy Prosecutor General Gennady Lopatin greeted participants of Spartakiada on behalf of the RF Prosecutor General and thanked Tatarstan leadership and all people involved in organization of competitions. “Kazan was chosen for holding the event not by chance. The region is dynamically developing, the republican leadership does its best for sport development and improvement of life quality,” he said.
Sports competitions will be held at three objects - the Palace of single combats “Ak Bars”, sports complex “Olimp”, and Center of volleyball “St. Petersburg”.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
