The program of major repair of houses to be finished by September 10 in Tatarstan

Major repair of multi-apartment houses is being implemented in accordance with the fixed schedule ahead of the last year’s figures. Such data have been presented at a republican video conference meeting held by the Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov today.
Chief of the Department for construction, transport, housing, utilities and road facilities under the RT Cabinet Ildar Sibgatullin said that major repair works have started in all 849 houses included in the program.
2,061 bln roubles (47 % of the annual plan) have been transferred to accounts of managing companies and homeowners associations by June 7. Total sum of the fulfilled works has made 2,725 bln roubles (63% of the annual plan), the State housing inspectorate informs. The Apastovo, Pestretsy, and Tyulyachi municipal regions have spent all the allocated funds.
However, the State housing inspectorate has accepted acts of performed works for the sum of 1 bln roubles. Therefore, Ildar Sibgatullin asked municipal authorities to speed up submission of acts.
Major repair works are being implemented in accordance with the fixed schedule, the Minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Irek Faizullin said. Major repair of houses is to be completed by September 10.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
