Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director general of Abu Dabi Fund Mohammed Saif Al Suvaidi

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhnov has met with Abu Dabi Fund ‘s Director general Mohammed Saif Al Suvaidi today. The meeting took place in the RT House of Government with participation of RT Director of External relations Department, aide to RT President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov, chief of RT Agency on investment development Linar Yakupov, CEO of Ak Bars Holding company Ivan Egorov and others. As Iskander Muflikhanov informed later, a conversation with Mohammed Saif Al Suvaidi was of an introductory character. The parties discussed the issues of potential cooperation with Fund of Abu-Dabi within the framework of progressing relations with the countries of the Islamic world and attracting investments to the republic. To the point, Abu-Dabi Fund actively cooperates with such CIS countries like Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and others, granting credits for developing branches of energetics, transport, and agriculture.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
