Tatarstan and Federal agency for affairs of CIS, compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) to sign agreement on interaction

The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has met with chief of the Federal agency for affairs of CIS, compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation Konstantin Kosachev.
Director of the Department for external relations under the RT President – Aide to RT President Iskander Muflikhanov took part in the meeting.
The parties discussed issues of international humanitarian cooperation, improvement of work with compatriots living abroad. Konstantin Kosachev noted that activity of the Federal agency for affairs of CIS, compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation is developing involving new RF subjects.
According to Iskander Muflikhanov, Tatarstan and the federal agency will sign agreement on interaction. Besides, the Federal agency for affairs of CIS, compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation is interested in attraction of creative teams from Tatarstan to perform at events organized by the agency abroad.
Iskander Muflikhanov informed that during the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov and Konstantin Kosachev discussed issues of assistance in receiving education quotas for studying at the RF higher educational institutions for the Tatar youth living abroad.

On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.

Leyla Fazleeva holds a meeting of the commission under the Rais of Tatarstan on the Russian language
On 31 March in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva hold a meeting of the Commission on the Russian language under the Rais of Tatarstan, which considered key issues of supporting and developing Russian language, including new educational initiatives and discussed programmes of popularization of Russian literature and activities to preserve the language heritage.

On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin informed that the regional central cleaning up action will be held in the republic on 25 April and clarified that the location of the national cleanup day will be announced later as the site will be chosen taking into account the opinions of Tatarstan residents.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional and the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin informed about statistics on the collection of utility bills payments from the population and data on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations of the republic.
