Managing the President on anti-corruption policy monitored the pricing and cost of 1 square meter of housing in the social mortgage program

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov ordered to check, and make monitoring of prices of 1 square meter of construction sites of housing, built on the social mortgage program. This was announced today at the national meeting of the Government in the House of RT President by the Head the Office of anti-corruption policy Mars Badrutdinov. The meeting held by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov traditionally as a video conference with all RT municipal districts.
According to Mars Badrutdinov in late July 2012 was received several letters from a number of construction companies (enterprises) with a proposal to increase the price up to 28 thousand rubles for 1 square meter at the constructions on the social mortgage program. The head of the Office of the President on anti-corruption policy reminded that the price of 1 square. meter of housing in social mortgage in 2012 is set at 24 thousand rubles. (In 2011, the price for 1 square. Meter was 23 thousand rubles.). The monitoring of pricing on construction sites showed that there is no approved method of calculating the cost of 1 sq. km. meters.
Mars Badrutdinov reported that three multi-family homes that were built on the social mortgage program were tested and it is Identified violations such as inflated cost of building materials, long term supply of building materials, etc.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov said that all the government's actions today should be transparent and public. He also said that there should be no affiliation between the organizations, as well as an affiliation of several organizations with officials. For objects of social mortgage, he said, that they are talking about the money that received from companies, in addition, our citizens paid the rent for the social mortgage, and they should know the price for a square meter, and how the price of housing is formed.
R. Minnikhanov emphasized that construction companies do not have to operate at a loss, or they will not be able to develop and grow.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
