Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Russian Minister of health care

A working meeting between the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of health care Veronika Skvortsova was held at the Kazan Kremlin.
Aide to the Tatarstan President on economic issues Airat Khairullin, Tatarstan’s Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov, rector of the Kazan state medical university Aleksei Sozinov were present at the meeting.
The Tatarstan President thanked Veronika Skvortsova for support the federal center gives to republic. Rustam Minnikhanov said that results of such support are obvious, in particular, positive demographic situation is observed in Tatarstan.
Participants of the meeting discussed prospects of further realization of modernization and development programs in health care industry.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
