Rustem Nuriev has been elected Head of Yutazinsky region at the 23d session of Yutazinsky regional Council of People's Deputies of the 2nd convocation. The Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov, employees of the RT President’s Staff, RT Cabinet participated in the event.
Chairman of the Territorial Election Commission Kashif Valeev told about the outcomes of additional elections of deputies for local self-government bodies. He informed that elections were declared valid and there were no any violations revealed.
Rustem Nuriev was among elected deputies with 96,3 percentage of votes in the 6th Youth electoral district.
The Tatarstan PM briefly characterized work of Rustem Nuriev and asked deputies to support the candidate.
Rustem Nuriev determined areas he planned to work on – education, agriculture, construction, housing and utilities sector, health care, culture.
In the course of secret voting Rustem Nuriev was unanimously elected for the post of the region’s head.
Rustem Nuriev thanked deputies, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov for support.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
