Cooperation agreement signed with OAO “Bank of Moscow”

Cooperation agreement has been signed between the Republic of Tatarstan and OAO “Bank of Moscow”. The signing procedure was held at the Tatarstan Government House.
The document was signed by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and president and board chairman of OAO “Bank of Moscow” Mikhail Kuzovlev.
Mikhail Kuzovlev said that the agreement determines general conditions of cooperation. Appendix to the document stipulates certain projects with total funding of 13 bln roubles. These are projects in housing and utilities sector, municipal services and infrastructure, transport sector. According to Mikhail Kuzovlev, there are medium-term and long-term projects.
Besides, OAO “Bank of Moscow” is going to become the leader in servicing small and medium-size enterprises in Tatarstan.
Mikhail Kuzovlev informed that for the beginning of the year loan portfolio of the branch of OAO “Bank of Moscow” in Tatarstan made 2 bln roubles, whereas now it makes 5 bln roubles.
Board chairman of OAO “Bank of Moscow” said that they are willing to finance projects connected with preparation for Universiade 2013 in Kazan and football matches 2018.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
