Ildar Khalikov holds meeting on realisation of project “Center of competence MasterCard”

The Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a meeting on realisation of the project “Center of competence MasterCard”. The meeting was held at the Tatarstan Government House with participation of officials of the RT Cabinet, some ministries and agencies, “Ak Bars” bank, executive office “Kazan 2013”.
Vice-president and Chief of the Department for sales and product promotion of OOO MasterCard Aleksandr Dunaev delivered keynote speech. He told about current situation and prehistory of the project “Center of competence MasterCard”. In particular, he reminded that arrangements were reached within the framework of negotiations with the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the St.Petersburg international economic forum (June 2011).
In accordance with plan of measures on creating the Center of competence MasterCard - “Ak Bars” bank in Tatarstan, work on adopting advanced technologies in payment acceptance is implemented. It is expected that the project will help to increase financial literacy of population and the share of non-cash payments.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
