A month's campaign “Parking” starts on November 15

A month's campaign “Parking” aimed at improving traffic capacity in Kazan streets and controlling random transport parking starts on November 15 in Kazan.
Such information has been presented at a special meeting of the RT government commission for ensuring traffic safety.
The event was held at the RT Government House under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Asgat Safarov. Chief of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate on RT Rifkat Minnikhanov participated in the meeting.
A month's campaign will be held by order of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Asgat Safarov supposes that besides employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and district police officers representatives of the public and mass media should take part in the campaign. He noted that it is necessary to organise a large-scale PR campaign to deal with people who break parking regulations.
The Tatarstan Vice-premier believes that Kazan authorities should improve the system of informing drivers about covered parkings.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
