Rosario Alessandrello: Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce continues working on attraction of Italian entrepreneurs for creation of joint projects with Tatarstan

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with members of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce. The meeting was held at the Tatarstan Government House with participation of the Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to the Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Board Chairman of the RT Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shamil Ageev, Director General of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” Rafinat Yarullin.
To the point, the delegation of Italian businessmen led by the President of Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce Rosario Alessandrello is staying in Tatarstan with a working visit. Members of the delegation will visit republican enterprises, participate in meetings at the Ministry of industry and trade and get familiar with Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”.
Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed guests and said that Tatarstan and Italy had been cooperating within the framework of activity of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce for a long time. He noted that Rosario Alessandrello made personal contribution to development and consolidation of Russian-Italian relations.
The Tatarstan President briefly characterized economic situation in republic and noted sustainable growth of industry.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that the most important projects that were being realised in Tatarstan were OAO “TANECO”, OAO “Ammonia”, construction of advanced heavy residue processing complex at OAO “TAIF-NK” and special economic zone “Alabuga”.
The Tatarstan President told about the project of innovative satellite city “Innopolis” that had obtained the status of technology development special economic zone and “Smart city” that would be constructed new the international airport “Kazan”.
President of Tatarstan said that Italy was one of the most important Tatarstan’s commercial partners.
President of Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce Rosario Alessandrello introduced members of the delegation interested in doing their business in Tatarstan.
The delegation consists of chief executives of Camozzi, LindabBuildingsLLC, MerloniProgetti, MaireTecnimont, representatives of the Association of Italian entrepreneurs in Moscow and the Italian National institute of foreign trade.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic.
