Ildar Khalikov presents state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan at the Kazan Kremlin

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to workers of industry, agriculture, science and culture. The ceremony took place in representative building at the Kazan Kremlin. Ildar Khalikov said that the event was important for winners, their families and colleagues.
“The Republic of Tatarstan has long been considered the leading region in the sphere of industry development, state and municipal management. Every year state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan prove that you are doing your work for the good of our country and republic,” Ildar Khalikov said.
The PM emphasized that according to results of January-September, 2012 Tatarstan’s gross regional product made more than 1 trillion roubles. Tatarstan took the fifth place among the federation entities by the volume of GRP. The Tatarstan PM noted that all those achievements had been possible owing to workers of oil, petrochemical, engineering and agricultural industries.
Ildar Khalikov congratulated everyone personally and on behalf of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
