Rustam Minnikhanov meets with deputies-members of fractions of the political party “Communist party of the Russian Federation”

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly and State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of fractions of the political party “Communist party of the Russian Federation”.

The meeting took place at the RT Government House with participation of Head of the RT President’s Staff, plenipotentiary of the RT President at the RT State Council Yuri Kamaltynov, Head of the RT Presidential Department for domestic policy Aleksandr Terentiev.

Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed members of the political party and said that communists represent interest of certain groups of citizens and enjoy confidence of their voters.

Communists thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for the meeting and noted that the Tatarstan President was always ready for a dialogue and constructive discussion.

Representatives of the Russian Communist party expressed gratitude to Rustam Minnikhanov for allocation of funds for reconstruction of the V.I.Lenin House-museum in Kazan.

During the meeting with President of Tatarstan communists raised such questions as payment of housing and communal services, education of the youth and further employment of the younger generation, housing problems faced by young families and specialists, patriotic education and housing construction for social rent in big cities.

Freedom of citizens’ gatherings and utterances as the way to express civil engagement was also discussed.

Members of fractions of the political party “Communist party of the Russian Federation” said that they intended to continue maintaining their position of increasing rights and financing of regions on the federal level.

Inter-ethnic and inter-confessional problems faced by regions and the whole country, relocation of citizens from the failing housing stock, and other issues were also discussed at the meeting.
