Ildar Khalikov participates in All-Russia meeting held by the Russian Vice-premier

Realization of regional programs of health care modernization, provision of places at children’s preschool institutions, and preparation for possible flu epidemic have been discussed at All-Russia meeting in format of video conference. The meeting was held by Chairman of the Russian Government Olga Golodets. Tatarstan’s PM Ildar Khalikov participated in the event.
Preliminary results of realization of regional health care modernization programs for 2011-2012 were summarized at the meeting.
According to the data presented by the Russian Minister of health care Veronika Skvortsova, 292,9 bln roubles of federal funds were allocated for realization of programs. The funds are meant for upgrading facilities of health care institutions, adoption of new standards of medical aid and information technologies.
Veronika Skvortsova cited data on performing capital repair of hospitals, equipping health care institutions with modern facilities, use of GLONASS automated call processing systems in emergency cars.
Olga Golodets focused on the need for long-term planning of providing places at children’s preschool institutions. She required from the RF Ministry of education and science and regions to analyze the situation regarding deficiency for places by March, 1.
Russian Chief sanitary inspector Gennady Onishenko told about the situation concerning flu epidemic.
On the eve of New Year Vice-premier of the Russian Government Olga Golodets requested Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare and regional authorities to focus on safety issues at children’s and social institutions.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
