Rustam Minnikhanov meets with participants of the republican project “Personnel reserve”

A meeting of the RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov with participants of the republican project “Personnel reserve” was held at the RT Cabinet. Chief of RT President’s Staff Yuri Kamaltynov, Chief of the RT Cabinet Staff Shamil Gafarov, Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov, and Minister of education and science Engel Fattakhov participated in the meeting.
The republican contest “Personnel reserve” aimed at education and support of leaders of youth public organizations and student self-government bodies, provision of conditions for application of obtained skills upon realization of actual youth initiatives, ideas and social projects has been held since 2009.
During the meeting finalists of previous years shared their opinions with the Tatarstan President.
Speaking about youth employment Rustam Minnikhanov advised participants of “Personnel reserve” not to strive for taking leadership positions immediately, but to work in their specializations and gain certain experience.
The RT President supposes that participants of the contest can demonstrate their skills not only in government service bust also in other important spheres.
Finally, participants of the project “Personnel reserve” asked Ildar Khalikov to conduct master class for finalists and presented the coach certificate to Tatarstan’s Prime Minister.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
