New Chief introduced to the staff of Administration of RT Justice Department

New Chief of Administration of the RT Justice Department Zyavdat Salikhov was introduced at the RT Supreme Court today. Deputy Director General of Justice Department under the RF Supreme Court Aleksei Slotyuk, Tatarstan’s Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Council Aleksandr Gusev, Chief Federal Inspector on RT Rustam Idrisov, Chairman of Supreme Court Ilgiz Gilazov, chairmen of regional courts, chiefs of structural subdivisions of Administration of the RT Justice Department participated in the event.
Aleksei Slotyuk conveyed greetings from Director General of Justice Department under the RF Supreme Court to all participants of the event and read out the Order on awarding the honorary title “Honorable worker of justice system of the Russian Federation” to Dzhaudat Salyakhov, handed the badge and the certificate.
On behalf of the republican leadership Ildar Khalikov thanked Dzhaudat Salyakhov for work on the post of Chief of Administration of the RT Justice Department noting that a lot of good deeds had been performed during his service, for example new court buildings had been constructed.
Ildar Khalikov congratulated Zyavdat Salikhov on appointment to the new post saying that he was an experienced administrator who knew the system very well.
Tatarstan’s Prime Minister handed a leather briefcase to the new head of Administration of Justice Department.
Aleksandr Gusev also noted merits of Dzhaudat Salyakhov. He called him a workaholic and said that he had done a lot for the republican court system.
Chief federal inspector on RT, Chairman of the RT Supreme Court, Acting Chairman of the RT Arbitral Court and Acting Chairman of Federal Arbitral Court of the Volga District also addressed kind words to Dzhaudat Salyakhov and Zyavdat Salikhov.
Dzhaudat Salyakhov reminded that 15 years had passed from foundation of the Administration of Justice Department and qualitative changes had happened for that period.
Zyavdat Salikhov thanked all participants of the event for encouraging words.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
