Rustam Minnikhanov holds meeting dedicated to the project of territorially detached innovation center “Innopolis”

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting dedicated to realisation of the project of territorially detached innovation center “Innopolis”. The meeting took place at the RT Government House with participation of the Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov.
Participants of the meeting discussed issues of further development of the “Innopolis” project, construction of engineering and transport infrastructure.
According to Rustam Minnikhanov, Innopolis is one of major projects being realised in Tatarstan. 20 bln dollars are to be spent within a year and a half or two years. In this respect, Tatarstan will face certain investment commitments.
To the point, in November 2012Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev signed an Edict on establishing a special economic zone of industrial-production type Innopolis. The special economic zone is meant to be established on two sites, notably in Verkhny Uslon and Laishevo municipal regions.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
