As many as 1,660,200 square meters of housing, which makes 35.8 per cent of the plan for the current year, commissioned in Tatarstan

On June 6, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Farit Khanifov reported that as of June 5, 2020, as many as 1,660,200 square meters of housing, which makes 35.8 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

Two-month cleaning and environmental campaign, held from April,1 to May, 31 of the current year has been completed in Tatarstan.

During two month, Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities together with the State Construction Inspectorate of the republic and the Municipal Executive Committees carried out work to restore order at construction sites. Since the beginning of the year, the State Construction Inspectorate of the republic has carried out 468 inspections and issued 65 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 2 m 560 thousand roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

The Minister said that Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic has reported to the statistics agencies on 14 houses for 933 apartments with the total area of 56,800 square meters, which makes 20,8 per cent of the plan for the current year.

As many as 177 houses with the total area of 1 m 317,2 thousand square meters are planned to be commissioned under the multi-apartment houses investment programme.

As many as 10,680 houses with the total area of 1 m 388,2 thousand square meters are planned to be commissioned under individual housing construction. As of June 5, as many as 4,885 individual houses have been commissioned, which makes 45,7 per cent of the plan.

Under State housing support programmes, it is planned to improve the living conditions of 728 families within the allocated budget of 1 bln 193,4 m roubles

It is planned to accommodate 600 orphans in the current year. The work is underway.

It is also planned to accommodate 46 large families, certificates have been issued to all families.

In 2020, it is scheduled to adapt 12 facilities of educational institutions under the Accessible Environment programme.

Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities is implementing six national projects, including those «Demography», «Housing and urban environment», «Ecology», «Education», «Health» and «Culture» within the allocated budget amounting to over 15 billion roubles.
