Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin holds a board meeting of Setevaya Kompaniya Power Company

On June 10, at an online board meeting of Setevaya Kompaniya Power Company in Kazan chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the meeting participants discussed issues of improving the reliability of power supply to consumers, the results of financial and economic activities, development of the volume of capital construction of the company for the first quarter and April 2020 and issues related to the convening and holding of the annual general meeting of the company’s shareholders.

The meeting participants got acquainted with indicators of reliability of power supply and their dynamics according to the results of the first quarter of the current year, an analysis of the causes of technological violations, the most significant of which are the unauthorized influence of unauthorized persons and the analysis of the efficiency of measures to reduce the number of such technological violations.

The company conducts continuous analysis of causes of all technological irregularities, as a result, appropriate measures are planned to improve the reliability of the electricity supply to consumers.

The company takes all measures to prevent any interruptions in power supply to consumers, to minimize the number and duration of disconnections, which is ensured by the widespread use of power works on the power-generating parts of the power plants.

According to the results of the first quarter of the current year, the volume of services provided for the transmission of electric power to Tatarstan consumers amounted to 6.7 billion kWh, as many as 3,369 contracts for technological connection of consumers with connected electric capacity of 67 MW were concluded.

The main share, namely 2,490 contracts or 74 per cent of contracts are concluded with a preferential group of applicants - individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations, the amount of connected maximum power for such applicants amounted to 31 MW or 46 per cent of the total connected electrical power during this period.

The volume of capital disbursed investment amounts to 1,890 million roubles (without VAT) in the reported period. A significant amount of capital investments is directed to the construction and reconstruction of high-voltage power lines supplying high-voltage centres, as well as the construction and reconstruction of distribution networks, including the work on connecting consumers to the distribution network, carried out under contracts for technological connection.

The board meeting preliminary approved the annual (integrated) report of the сompany for 2019 and decisions related to the convening and holding of the annual general meeting of shareholders.
