President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited an exhibition of best projects of the Republican youth forum 2012 and participated in awarding of winners.
Winners of federal contests, winners of special state scholarship of the Republic of Tatarstan, employees of the RT State Council, RT President’s Staff, RT Cabinet, republican ministries and agencies, rectors of higher educational institutions participated in the event in IT lyceum of the Kazan Federal University. The Olympic champion 2012 Ulia Zaripova and winner of the TV project “Voice” Dina Garipova were present at the ceremony.
The Republican youth forum is an innovative platform where any young person or youth team can present their projects, find like-minded persons for its realization and receive public and state support. Young people aged 16-30, students of higher educational institutions and specialized secondary educational institutions, activists of children’s and youth public associations can participate in the forum.
President of the Academy of talented youth, CEO of Republican youth forum 2012 Timur Bakhtiyarov told that the forum was held for the third time.
President of Tatarstan told that the idea of establishing IT lyceum had arisen after establishing Universiade Village.
“At the exhibition we have seen a lot of projects that are useful for our children,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
According to the President, major republican enterprises will not work without advanced young people who should develop since school and university days. It is the youth who will be establishing innovative economy.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
