Analysis information system for state management to be introduced in Tatarstan

Analysis information system on the basis of computer technologies is to be developed for needs of state and municipal management in the Republic of Tatarstan. The issue has been discussed at the meeting between President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and executives of ZAO “Prognoz”, one of the leading Russian developers of data visualization systems and advanced analytics.
Vice-premier and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Aide to the RT President for economic issues Airat Khairullin and other officials participated in the meeting at the Kazan Kremlin.
Company’s Director General Dmitry Andrianov told that “Prognoz” company was founded in Perm 20 years ago. 1500 specialists working all over the world now make up the staff. About 1500 projects for 300 customers in Russia and abroad have been implemented by the company. In Russia federal authorities and regional administrations use products of ZAO “Prognoz”.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed guests and noted that the company’s technologies may be interesting for republic.
ZAO “Prognoz” suggests developing analysis information system for needs of state and municipal management. The system will comprise three large blocks – data storage, modeling and forecasting block, and analysis information complex.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan’s statistical bodies, ministries and agencies already had a great deal of data, thus the system development should not take longer than expected. He commissioned Ministry of economy with preparing necessary documents and determining further steps for the project realization.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
