Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Commander of troops of the Central military district Nikolai Bogdanovsky

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with Commander of troops of the Central military district Nikolai Bogdanovsky. The meeting took place at the RT Government House with participation of military Commissar of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Pogodin, Secretary of the RT Security Council, first deputy PM Ravil Muratov.
The parties discussed training of young men of military age for service in the Armed Forces, issues of patriotic education of the youth and conditions of passing military service in military units of the Central military district.

Colonel General Nikolai Bogdanovsky was assigned Commander of troops of the Central military district in December 2012. Earlier he held the post of Deputy Commander of land forces – Head of HQ of combat training of land forces. Nikolai Bogdanovsky was assigned Commander of troops of the Central military district according to the RF President’s Decree.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
