Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Director General of Leroy Merlin Vostok

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Director General of OOO “Leroy Merlin Vostok” Mr Vincent Pierre Marie Jeanty. The meeting took place at the RT Government House with participation of Vice-premier – Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Aide to the RT President on international issues Radik Gimatdinov.
Leroy Merlin is a French company which owns retail networks selling goods for repair and construction. The company started working in Russia in 2004. Company’s shops are currently working in many Russian cities.
Realisation of the project on constructing hypermarket of construction materials in cooperation with “Leroy Merlin Vostok” was discussed at today’s meeting. New shop is being constructed at the crossing of Amirkhan and Chistopolskaya streets.

On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
