President of Tatarstan meets with Head neurologist of the Russian health care ministry

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Board Chairman of All-Russia society of neurologists, head neurologist of the Russian Ministry of health care, Head of neurology and neurosurgery Department at Pirogov Russian national research medical university, academician of the Russian Academy of sciences Evgeny Gusev.

The meeting took place at the RT Government House with participation of Head neurologist of Moscow health care Department Aleksandr Boiko and Tatarstan health care Minister Airat Farrakhov.

Evgeny Gusev and Aleksandr Boiko arrived in Kazan to participate in opening of the modernized Republican vascular center.

The Republican cerebral vascular center under Interregional clinical diagnostics center contains neurology department for patients with acute cerebrovascular disease, coronary care unit, department of acute myocardial infarction, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, department of X-ray diagnostics, department of ultrasonic and functional diagnostics. Professional specialists and high-quality equipment enable rendering overall and immediate medical aid.

Evgeny Gusev and Aleksandr Boiko noted high level of new medical center and thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for paying much attention to health care problems.
