Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Leila Fazleeva hands in keys to new ambulances to Tatarstan doctors

On September 10, in front of the Saidashev State Big Concert Hall in Kazan, during a solemn ceremony with participation of Tatarstan Minister of Health Marat Sadykov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leila Fazleeva handed over keys to 17 new ambulances to representatives of Tatarstan healthcare institutions.

Fazleeva emphasized that in the current year, despite all the difficulties, due to federal and regional programmes, Tatarstan received 100 new ambulances.

“Taking care of the health of citizens is a priority in the work of the Government of the republic. Together we are working on infrastructure development. Of course, replenishment of ambulance park plays a significant role,” Fazleeva said.

To date, the emergency medical service of Tatarstan is equipped with 419 ambulances, including 29 vehicles obtained under the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation to combat the effects of the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
