Rustam Minnikhanov holds regular Board session of OAO “Tatneft”

On February 28 President of Tatarstan, Board Chairman of OAO “Tatneft” Rustam Minnikhanov held company’s regular board session in Kazan.
Results of budget execution by OAO “Tatneft” for January were summarized and budget for March was approved at the session.
Moreover, the program of improving reservoir pressure maintenance system for 2013-2014 was considered. New activities defined are performance of geological and engineering operations on key wells and reconstruction of objects of pressure maintenance system.
Members of the Board discussed results of the conference of Tatneft labour union for 2012 and results of social programs implementation. Successful work on providing social guarantees and benefits for employees and pensioners of Tatneft group and implementation of programs on development of towns and settlements, solution of social problems of the population was mentioned.
Information about results of work of internal audit management for 2012 was presented.
Besides, Board of directors considered issues of holding general meeting of Tatneft shareholders by results of work for 2012.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
