Tatarstan Prime Minister: “Dwellers of Bugulma municipal region make considerable contribution to republican economy”

On March 1, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov was on a working visit in Bugulma municipal region. He participated in a session of the municipal council on issues of social and economic development of 2012 and setting tasks for 2013.
Head of Bugulma municipal region Ildus Kasymov, deputy of the Russian State Duma Radik Ilyasov, Deputy Director General on personnel and social development of OAO “Tatneft” Rustam Mukhamadeev, deputy of Tatarstan State Council and Director General of “TNG group” Rinat Kharisov, deputy of Tatarstan State Council Vasily Loginov participated in the session.
Before the session Ildar Khalikov visited the exhibition of produce of local enterprises at the House of machinery.
At the session Ildar Khalikov said that dwellers of Bugulma municipal region made considerable contribution to republican economy.
Thus, overall production of enterprises and organisations increased by 20 per cent last year. Industrial production index made 118,2 per cent. Income per capita increased by 8 per cent and made 15 thousand and 123 rubles. Salary of employees of enterprises and budget organisations is going up. The number of the unemployed has reduced by one third.
Successful activity of engineers, geophysicists, transport workers, scientists, builders, communication workers, processing enterprises and other small and medium-size businesses was positively estimated.
Tasks for housing and communal sector, health care and education were determined at the session.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
