Aleksey Pesoshin visits an agricultural fair at the Kazan agro-industrial park
On October 24, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin together with Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov visited an agricultural fair at the Kazan agro-industrial park.
The fair was organized by Tatmeliovodkhoz and Tatmelioration. Farmers of the Sabinsky region also supplied their products. Pesoshin got acquainted with the range of farm products and talked to sellers and buyers. Traditionally, citizens can purchase high-quality agricultural products at affordable prices at this site.
Autumn fairs opened on September 12 and will be held weekly until the New Year. The assortment of products at the sites varies depending on the needs of the residents.
Following six autumn fairs held in Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Zelenodolsk region, products for a total of 393.2 million roubles were supplied and sold. The townspeople purchased 409 tonnes of meat, 98 tonness of unbottled milk, 1.7 million chicken eggs, 168.6 tonnes of flour and 230.7 tonnes of sugar.
