Ildar Khalikov takes part in session of Naberezhnye Chelny municipal council

24th session of Naberezhnye Chelny municipal council concerning results of social and economic development in 2012 and setting tasks for 2013 was held in Mayor’s office of Naberezhnye Chelny. Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov participated in the session. The session was held by Mayor Vasil Shaikhraziev.
Head of executive committee Farkhad Latypov made report on results of activity in 2012. He said that all planed macroeconomic indicators were reached. Thus, the volume of shipped products made 182 bln rubles, industrial production index made 110,6 per cent. OAO “KAMAZ” production output accounted for 105,6 bln rubles. Sales volume made 109,2 bln rubles. According to results of 2012, total revenue of residents of Kama industrial park “Master” made 32,7 bln rubles. 300 thousand m² of housing was constructed.
1386 families improved their living conditions under social mortgage program. 109 veterans of Great Patriotic War received housing. 700 mln rubles were obtained for development of road infrastructure.
Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev reported on results of his work. He told about main events which took place in 2012, in particular, elections of the Russian President, production of 2 mln KAMAZ trucks, leadership of KAMAZ-master team, opening of IT-park.
A lot of efforts were directed to health care modernization in Naberezhnye Chelny. However, there are some problems to be solved. In particular, shortage of personnel, deterioration health care objects that were built in 70s. Capital repair of housing is also an urgent problem for the city. Much emphasis is put on development and support of entrepreneurship.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
