Protocol on performance of Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, and cultural cooperation signed between Tatarstan and Dagestan

At a meeting with President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov Acting President of Dagestan Republic Ramazan Abdulatipov said that Dagestan specialists are willing to adopt Tatarstan experience in the sphere of development of family farms and private households, support of small and medium-size business, staff training for government authorities.
The meeting took place in a conference hall of Tatarstan President’s residence at the Kazan Kremlin.
To the point, Dagestan delegation led by Acting President of Dagestan Republic Ramazan Abdulatipov is on a short-term visit in Kazan. Guests have visited High Technology Park “IT park” where presentation of IT projects was organized for them.
A meeting between Ramazan Abdulatipov and Rustam Minnikhanov was held later on the same day.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that during the short-term visit leadership of two regions managed to discuss urgent problems of regional development. “I hope that Tatarstan experience in many spheres, including electronic document management will be useful for Dagestan specialists and help making decisions rapidly.
Speaking about development of small and medium-size business, Rustam Minnikhanov said that today middle class is the basis of any state and it is important to help its formation and development.
As for agricultural sector, family farms help to solve employment problems and provide jobs. “We have set the task to create one thousand family farms in Tatarstan, and we already have 870 farms. One of the problems faced by citizens of rural areas is sales of their products, though it is in-demand in the city. Agro-industrial park was established in Kazan to solve this problem.
President of Tatarstan also told about the program of staff training for government authorities.
“It is important for regions to maintain their positions on federal level. He offered Ramazan Abdulatipov to consider the opportunity of entering Association of innovative regions of Russia.
Ramazan Abdulatipov and Rustam Minnikhanov also touched upon a very urgent problem of terrorist movements in Islam. Rustam Minnikhanov believes that tolerant and educated religious leaders should work with people.
Ramazan Abdulatipov said in his turn: “We are ready to adopt new experience, today we have learnt about important advanced projects that can be implemented in Dagestan. Development of entrepreneurship, support of rural areas is very important for me.”
Finally, Protocol on performance of Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, and cultural cooperation was signed between Tatarstan and Dagestan.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
