Results of anti-corruption inspection carried out at “Chistopol” industrial park discussed at Tatarstan Government House

A meeting dedicated to results of work of the Republican expert group on anti-corruption issues obtained during inspection that was carried out at “Chistopol” industrial park was held at Tatarstan Government House by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Reports of Presidential Department for Anti-Corruption Policy M.S.Badrutdinov, Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Head of Main Investment and Construction Department R.F.Nurullin, and Head of executive committee of Chistopol municipal region M.Kh.Gubeev were presented at the session. Urgent problems connected with infrastructure of the industrial park and commissioning of all objects were discussed.
According to results of the meeting, assignments on completing all works were given to relevant ministries and other organisations. Main Investment and Construction Department was charged with preparation of a plan with proposals on finishing works at each object. Ministry of Economy, Investment Development Agency and local self-government of Chistopol municipal region were offered to intensify efforts on attracting investors to the industrial park.

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.

On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.

On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
