Mintimer Shaimiev participates in solemn unveiling of the bust of Aleksandr Gulyaev

A solemn event dedicated to unveiling of the bust of the Minister of Forestry of TASSR Aleksandr Gulyaev was held in Kazan at the Ministry of Forestry.
Tatarstan Minister of Forestry Nail Madgeev welcomed the audience. Among them were First President of Tatarstan, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Deputy Minister of Forestry of RSFSR in 1968-1978 Anatoly Pisarenko, Abuzar Gayanov, who headed the ministry after Aleksandr Gulyaev, Head of Tatarstan Department of State Traffic Safety Inspectorate Rifkat Minnikhanov, Head of Sabinsky municipal region Rais Minnikhanov.

Today people had a kind word to say about Aleksandr Gulyaev who headed the ministry from 1959 to 1984.
“By the decision of UN General Assembly we celebrate the international day of forest for the first time in human history today,” Mintimer Shaimiev noted.
Mintimer Shaimiev stressed that the profession of a forester is humane and creative. It stands against irresponsible and consumer attitude to the forest. “On behalf of President of Tatarstan and personally I would like to express gratitude for devotion to your work,” Mintimer Shaimiev said.
Mintimer Shaimiev and Nail Madgeev unveiled the bust of Aleksandr Gulyaev and laid flowers.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
