State awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan presented at Kazan Kremlin

State awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan were presented at Kazan Kremlin today.
Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin presented awards to outstanding academic, cultural, art figures, economic, law, agriculture and government employees. 50 people received awards at the Kazan Kremlin today.
Farid Mukhametshin thanked outstanding citizens of the republic for their great contribution to Tatarstan development.
Before the ceremony Farid Mukhametshin told about social and political situation in Tatarstan.
Farid Mukhametshin said: “2012 was not an easy year. We are glad that after a serious global economic crisis, dry year of 2010 we managed to maintain our enterprises, key economic sectors, and tolerance. Tatarstan is a tolerant republic. Representatives of over 115 nations live on its territory. All main confessions are presented in republic. Maintenance of such a balance is the work of government authorities, and the right policy supported by multinational people.”
Chairman of Tatarstan State Council reminded that Universiade would be held in Kazan in 2013. “We are preparing for holding this event in most comfortable and safe way. Above all, we will engage thousands of young people in physical culture and sport. Sport is a uniting factor,” he continued.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
