Capital repair started in 473 multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan

At a republican video conference Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services Irek Faizullin informed that 823 houses had been included in program of capital repair of multi-apartment houses.
The meeting was held at Tatarstan Government House by Acting President of Tatarstan, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
Irek Faizullin continued that capital repair had already started in 473 multi-apartment houses. He reminded as well that work on preparation of documents for the Fund for housing and communal services reformation should be carried out more actively.
As for the program of capital repair of schools, all 169 comprehensive schools have been inspected, resolutions by 38 objects have been sent to Chief Investment Construction Department. Works have started at 135 objects in 38 municipalities.
Besides, Irek Faizullin noted that implementation of the program “Pure water” is underway. For March 29, 2013 Gasification Fund continues developing design and estimate documents for water supply objects.
417 objects were included in the program of construction and repair of health care institutions of primary medical aid.
Irek Faizullin also briefly reported on construction works carried out at new football stadium for 45000 seats in Kazan.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
